I have undergone extensive education and training in the field of plumbing and HVAC. I completed a comprehensive 5-year plumbing school program, which equipped me with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills in plumbing systems, installations, repairs, and maintenance.
In addition to my plumbing education, I also dedicated 2 years to HVAC school. During this period, I obtained relevant certifications including an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification, which demonstrates my expertise in handling refrigerants safely and responsibly. I also acquired an Oil Burners license, enabling me to work on oil-based heating systems.

What is your typical process when working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer involves an initial in-home visit. During this visit, we evaluate your specific needs and requirements to ensure that we can provide the right solutions for you.
If the work is relatively small and can be completed on the same day, we will proceed with performing the necessary tasks during the visit itself. This allows for a quick turnaround and immediate results.
For larger projects that require more extensive work or a detailed assessment, we will provide you with a quote within 2-3 business days. This allows us to carefully consider the scope of the project, evaluate the necessary resources, and provide you with an accurate estimate for the job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Recently, I completed a project that involved a comprehensive duct replacement in a heat pump system. Additionally, I installed a high-efficiency propane boiler to replace the customer’s outdated oil system. I am particularly fond of this project because it showcased a significant improvement in the energy efficiency and overall comfort of the customer’s home.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I embarked on this journey because I aspired for something greater than just a job. Despite having no prior experience in the field, I was determined to find a path that would fulfill me. It all began with applying to 63 different plumbing shops, spanning from Boston to Hyannis, until I finally secured my one and only opportunity. Starting from scratch, I started as a warehouse pre-fab worker and gradually worked my way up to becoming a lead plumber and HVAC technician.
Simultaneously, I pursued education in plumbing and managed to put myself through HVAC school during the weeks. My dedication paid off, and I eventually reached a managerial position at my previous workplace. However, my aspirations didn’t stop there. Driven by the desire for more autonomy and growth, I decided to establish my own company, which has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
